VMA does not operate on a first-come-first serve, traditional waitlist. We offer seasonal and rolling enrollment based on family value alignment and the developmental readiness of your child.
Below you will find our Admissions Checklist. As a first step in our enrollment process, please complete the inquiry form below.

Inquiry Form
Please fill out our inquiry form. After this, you will be contacted by us to schedule a tour and assess your compatibility and individual needs.
Tour
After you have filled out the inquiry form, you will be invited to a tour of our facility. We offer monthly tours in small group format.
Waitlist + Student Visit Fee
Once your tour is complete, you can join our official waitlist by paying our onboarding fee. This fee covers a mandatory student assessment, where your child comes for a two hour or half-day visit to gauge readiness for our program.
Final Decision and Enrollment.
You will be electronically notified if your child is accepted into our academy. Registration forms and tuition deposits are due within 2 weeks of acceptance.
